Holdenon2Fitness offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Our classes will provide you with a fun workout while providing you with total wellness.
AMPD BUILD: A sixty minute workout that consist of HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) , Tabata, and various other interval workouts. It's a a fun and quick workout where you will build muscle and continue to burn fat long after the workout is complete. So, save your space and let's BUILD the body you want together!
AMPD Kettlebell: A full body group fitness kettlebell class that takes heart-pumping music, kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.
Yoga: Join me in this slow flow yoga class that was created to improve flexibility, increase strength, while relaxing your body and mind. This is a beginner friendly class that is open to all levels.
Zumba Dance Fitness: Zumba Dance Fitness is an interval, calorie burning dance workout disguised as a PAR-TAY! Once the Reggatone or Soca beat hits you, the party begins. Some of the benefits of Zumba Dance Fitness are: cardio and muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a whole lot of feel good, and look good
